On your way in to work and already know where you want to sit when you arrive? Open the Meetio app to find a desk located in your preferred workspace, and reserve a spot right away. Scan the QR code to claim your desk once you're in the office! Desks can also be booked in advance.
Find a colleague
Do you want to locate a specific coworker or do you want to find a free desk next to your team member? The find-a-colleague feature in the mobile app let you do just that! Simply tap the name in the search function and you will have all details in seconds.
Crystal clear overview
Use the map view in the app to see the desk and workspace occupancy on each floor. If you have Meetio View, you can view your maps on large touch screens as well. Once you've spotted a space you like, book it on your phone or go directly to the desk and claim it using the QR code. Simple as that!

The status bar now shows a list of all connected Clients, allowing you to see who you are connected to at a glance.
A search facility has been added to the Control and Client Configurators, allowing you to easily locate the settings you are looking for.
You can now specify the action performed when double-clicking a Client in the List view. By default, this is set to viewing a Client.
The Tree view can now be hidden, allowing more space when working with Clients in the List view. You can also choose to display the Tree view in Compact Mode, which eliminates the need to use the scroll bar when viewing folders containing many items.

The latest PTZ Controller 4.1 supports saving Presets in PTZ Controller for Analog PTZ cameras.
Some PTZ cameras may not supports saving any Preset in the camera, like Cisco Tandberg camera. Some PTZ cameras support limited Presets, like Sony EVI series with 6 presets.
With PTZ Controller 4.1, you can save up to 127 presets in the software on your computer.
To be sure the Presets are saved in PTZ Controller, you need to check the option Set Absolute Position for Preset on the Analog Camera Setting panel, shown as below. If you uncheck this option, the Presets supposes to be saved in your camera.
