1.刪除不需要的內容
如果你覺得某些內容並不需要，那麼可以直接將其去除，首先打開需要處理的PDF文檔，然後即可進入編輯頁面，單擊主窗口中的任何項目，其屬性都會在下方屬性面板中顯示，你可以根據自己的需要調整各個項目的屬性，選中相應的項目然後單擊工具欄中的刪除按鈕即可將其從文檔中去除。
2.替換文字內容
如果你覺得當前頁面中的某些內容不太順眼，那麼不妨用自己準備好的內容替換掉。調入PDF方框，在待添加文本之處右擊選擇“添加文本對象”命令，在隨之彈出的對話框後輸入相應的字符內容，如果需要輸入多行，請按下Ctrl+Enter組合鍵，確定後就可以使其入駐PDF文檔。
如果你準備用來替換的是中文字符，替換後會發現顯示的都是“yyyyyy”字符，所以必須首先打開Object→New Object Attributes窗口，單擊Import Font按鈕，選擇準備使用的中文字體，確認後即可導入中文字體。所以對於中文字符的替換，可以採取用做好的圖片來覆蓋的方法。
